• All outstanding payments become immediately due

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Linfen City, Shanxi Province.
